Will any of the KEIL ULink debuggers work with the Cortex-R4? Particularly the TMS570LS3137-ZWT.
In MDK, only JLINK is supported for this TI device. The earlier device database lists available debug units: http://www.keil.com/dd/chip/6113.htm
You may address a message to DS-5 support to see if ULINKpro can access it in their IDE: developer.arm.com/support
