Cannot write project file !

I'm just installed Keil ARM latest version and then when i launch it, I cannot create or modify any project file at all.

I tried uninstall, re-boost, reinstall it but nothing seem better!
I don't know where this error came from, I think I'm gonna reinstall my OS because I really need Keil for my class project.

Please tell me if you have any idea,

Make sure it is not something obvious like being a READ ONLY file, check the attributes.

Rather than re-install the whole OS, wouldn't it be a whole lot easier to just ask your teacher for help?! It is much easier to diagnose these things when you are face to face and have the equipment...
