LPC11C24 SYST SYSTICK

Hi everyone,
Is The library of LPC11C24 suitable for using SYSTICK pripheral as a delay function?
Beacause in its keil library there are no some of registers to modify like SYST_CSR, SYST_RVR and SYST_CV. Only there is SYST_CALIB register to modify?????
