Hi everybody,
i working on file system + usb host mass storage ( lpc 1768 ).
in uvision i manage run time environment to create file system with usb host mass storage.
but i must to add cmsis rtos keil rtx.
i have tow question:
1) is there possible to have a such project without rtos ( bare metal )?
2) if it is not possible, what is the reason for? ie why such project must essentially be implemented with rtos?

You need to install legacy driver support. Then manually include the libraries you need in your project.
