PK51 Keil Compiler v7.5

I am taking over Code Support and Future Development on an MCU C8051F060.
The previous FW guy said he developed everything with PK51 Keil Compiler v7.5
What is the best economical way I can get set up with PK51 Keil Compiler v7.5 ?
