Error while Downloading code in ext. flash

I'm using an AT91SAM9X35 controller.i wanted to load a application code in evaluation board through Download option(i.e in flash ), but i'm getting an below error.i'm using an ATMEL SAM-ICE DEBUGGER to load the code.
