Hello,
I am using Keil-5 and Jlink OB cable to download program to device STM32F407VET.
When downloading the firmware into the device, a error message pops up:
* No Cortex-M SW device found
I have set everything correctly within configure flash tool > Debug > setting such as
* use Jlink / J Trace cortex * SW Port * Max clock (10MHz)
But the error message remains unchanged.
Next I tried to use Jlink Commander to perform some simple tasks on the same device.
* nothing has changed except Keil 5 is now closed and Jlink Commander is on.
Guess what? The commander sees the device upon initialization.
* Found SWD-DP with ID 0x2BA01477
Can someone please explain this difference in behavior?

maybe you should check if your JLink is using the latest firmware
