With UV4.exe the resource dialog fonts are a mixture of (mostly) "Microsoft Sans Serif" and "MS Shell Dlg". "Microsoft Sans Serif" expands to about 50% larger than "MS Shell Dlg" and so the dialog gets truncated or the right half is not visible. I can't edit the debugger settings without editing the uv4.exe resource and changing the font. This is on windows 7 with scaling set to 100%.
Would agree that the resources should be consistent, but not had an issue with this over years of use.
Seems to be some combination of screen settings/resolutions,fonts and scaling options.
Don't expect uV4 to be developed further, consider just using an automated tool to change the resources/fonts to achieve the consistency desired.

Despite its name, "uv4.exe" is the executable for uVision-5 - which is a current product.
