I have a quite large project that I want to import to µVision. There is no project file, because the developers compile and so with a python script.... So I have a lot of .c .h files in a lot of folders. Can I import them into µVision at once?

The project file format is XML, if the project is sufficiently large and you are sufficiently motivated you could probably make a script to do it.
Manually you can add multiple files at once, though it doesn't descend directory trees.
