j-link cant setect micro after change SCS Register

;) not important ;)

i change "main oscillator range select" in "system_LPC17xx.c" and now J-LINK can detect my micro ( my hrader borad have 12M crystal )

    1 time progtam with flash magic

    and i set file "system_LPC17xx.c" to default and i use this code
    SystemInit();
    in first project-after define main function- ( for reset clock )
    and program and after i go program with kiel and j-link
    ( baud rate = 19200, u test all baud rate, i test 115200, ... not work but in this baud rate=1922, flash magic work, use "uart0" and "usb-to-ttl module" )
