Web Page not open when use ethernet switch to connect PC & LPC1768 board in ethernet network

We have connected the LPC1768 evaluation board to PC directly over a crosslink network cable. (Ethernet PHY DP83848C)

"Keil HTTP Server(MCB1700)Compact web server with CGI interface" example code loaded into on-chip flash.

Web server page open successfully when we connect board to PC directly over a crosslink network cable.

But when we connect board to PC via Ethernet switch(DLink DES-1008CE) over a straight network cable web server page can not open.In this case the when we ping from PC site it's show the error message "Destination Host Unreachable".
