Can any please say what simulation software to use for making projects in ARM7 NXP LPC2148
See the Download tab above, follow that www.keil.com/.../arm.htm
Old parts with need legacy support http://www.keil.com/mdk5/legacy

Some stuff probably isn't simulated well/completely at this point, buy real hardware and use a debugger, it is cheaper.
Keil can also be purchased via DigiKey and Mouser
Do you have any prior experience with programming in general?
Do you have any prior experience with microcontrollers in general?
Why are you starting with such an old part?
The LPC2148 is "Not Recommended for New Designs" (NRND) by NXP:
www.nxp.com/.../single-chip-16-bit-32-bit-microcontrollers-up-to-512-kb-flash-with-isp-iap-usb-2.0-full-speed-device-10-bit-adc-and-dac:LPC2148FBD64
Perhaps start with something more up-to-date:

Cheaper for modern hardware - low-cost dev boards with built-in debug are readily abailable.
But for old-school stuff like LPC2148 that's less likely; would probably have to fork-out for a separate debugger - at (possibly significantly) more money than a modern board with integral debug.
