I am using Keil IDE for code development for 8051 based microcontroller. For flashing the code into chip, will it possible to upload .prj file instead of uploading .hex file? If it is possible to upload .prj file, How do i get that .prj file on keil IDE? Can you give any suggestion?
Just repeating the question and ignoring requests for clarification isn't going to help you to get an answer!

Without knowing what it is, how do you expect anyone to be able to answer your question about it?
There is no single, universal meaning for the ".prj" extension; many programs use a ".prj" extension; eg, fileinfo.com/.../prj
So your question is meaningless without knowing specifically what you mean by a ".prj" file ...
I am explain again clearly. Generally, for flash programming the MCU, we will upload the hex file into the chip using flash programmer. My question is instead of uploading hex file, can we upload the project file for flashing?
No - that's only the first time you've actually explained at all!
So the answer is NO: the uVision Project file is purely for use by uVision - it is not for programming into the microcontroller.
But, as already noted, uVision Project files do not have the ".prj" extension - so what are you actually talking about?
I am using SP37 flash programmer for flashing SP370 IC. SP370 IC has in-built 8051 microcontroller. So i used Keil IDE to develop the application code. But the SP37 flash programmer support only filename.PRJ to flash into the chip. Thats why i asked about .PRJ file extension.

Then you are going to have to study the SP37 documentation, and/or contact their technical support to find what that format is, and how to obtain it from a standard Hex file. Maybe they have a utility to do it?
This has nothing to do with Keil.
AS per your valuable suggestion, first, i will go through the SP37 documentation and get the solution for it.
