I have installed Keil version 5 (MDK518), and found MKL46Z256xxx4 under Freescale semiconductors in device database. But when I select the target device, only ARM is listed, not any other manufacturers including Freescale. Is it a problem with the installed application or something else?
You have to install the corresponding Device Family Pack (DFP) via Pack Installer.
