Programming algorithm for external SPI flash not visible

Hi,
I wrote a programming algorithm for external SPI flash following the steps from www.keil.com/.../ulink2_su_newalgorithms.htm link. Then I added the .FLM file to flash folder of keil(Keil_v5\ARM\Flash). The problem is that when trying to add it, the algorithm is not visible. What my be the problem?
