I had the pack Keil.STM32F7xx_DFP.2.10.0.pack installed into Eclipse today, which is downloaded from http://www.keil.com/dd2/pack/ .
However, there are ONLY 4 development boards supported: * STM32F769I-Discovery * STM32F769I-EVAL * STM32F746G-Discovery * STM32F756G-EVAL
I'm using a very popular development board: STM32F767ZI . Just wonder if keil can have this board support updated?
Thank you very much.

That sounds more like a chip than a board. www.st.com/.../stm32f767zi.html
Do you have a NUCLEO-F767ZI? Now that's a board www.st.com/.../nucleo-f767zi.html
In the mean time look at ST's HAL examples that build under uV5 STM32Cube_FW_F7_V1.11.0\Projects\STM32F767ZI-Nucleo\Examples\UART\UART_Printf\MDK-ARM\Project.uvprojx
