Keil gives a violation error and then deletes the header file

Hi Keil,

I have now seen this a few times since I updated my Keil to v5.23.0.0

When I am doing changes to my project in the header files, and later try to compile. Keil tells me that there was a violation error with some .TMP file. I cannot delete this .TMP file unless I close Keil completely. And when I do that then Keil deletes the header file!

Luckily I have backup for everything, but this is getting extremely annoying!
Is this something you plan to fix in future versions?

Thanks and best regards
Kenneth
