installation of Keil.STM32L4xx_DFP.2.0.0

I'm trying to install Keil.STM32L4xx_DFP.2.0.0 in µVision V5.12.0.0 and
I receive a lot of errors.
I have installed SetupSTM32CubeMX-4.24.0 and unziped STM32Cube_FW_L4_V1.11.0.
Have I ommited something? Do I have to use specific directories? Should I install
an older version of STM32L4?

    Thank you for the hint. I installed Keil.MDK-Middleware.5.1.6 as recommended,
    ARM.CMSIS.3.20.4 was allready installed. I continue to receive the message
    "Pack installation failed: Reason: SVD compilation failed on both versions 2.0.0 and 1.5.0
    The only version that seems to work is 1.0.0. Any futher advice?
