I just got ulink pro and trying to connect to frdm-k64f. I can see uVision detects it but when I compile and download blinky example. I see below.
Load "C:\\Users\\shail\\Documents\\Boards\\NXP\\FRDM-K64F\\RTX_Blinky\\Flash\\Blinky.axf" Erase Done. Programming Failed! Error: Flash Download failed - "Cortex-M4"
Did anybody see this issue before? any help will highly be appreciated.
BY THE WAY...programming algorithm shown by default is as shown below. However, I am able run all examples without ULINK Pro just fine.

The board has a built-in debugger - are you sure you have correctly disabled/disconnected it?
Actually I don’t know how to disable that? Can you please help?
Neither do I - you're going to have to study the documentation for yourself.
Or seek support from NXP (this part has nothing to do with Keil).
