haye guys . i would really appreciate the help.i installed keil 5.17 version on windows xp service pack 3 .the problem is i cant find short cut or UV4.EXE to start Keil .its the first time i have installed it ,i tried looking for it every where inclding the arm folder.i am using it for tiva c series launch pad TM4C123G(EK-TMC123GXL)
its installed at C:\Keil_v5\ARM.i have downloaded the version from www2.keil.com/.../ as 5.21 is not supported by XP
what you have downloaded from www2.keil.com/.../ is something different. They are legacy support pack for MDK to support legacy devices. Before installing these legacy support packs, you have to install MDK first. If you don't have a MDK valid license, you can only download the latest MDK version from here http://www.keil.com/download/product/
thanks chen i really appreciate your reply.i dont have a valid licence.could you suggest me how to use keil U Vision for windows xp ,as the latest versions dont support the windows xp. i am a graduated student working on project ,i cant use any alternate besides keil.could you provide me with a link for keil U Vision compatiable with windows xp.
i know that 5.17 supports XP but i cant find a link to download
