i am using keil Uvision 4. When i try to build the target those are showing.

How can i get the full version. I am a student i need this soft for a project .. without buying this soft did have any other way .. Thanks
If your school has set you this project, then the school should provide the necessary tools for it.
Otherwise, part of your job in choosing what microcontroller to use is to ensure that you can access suitable tools for it.
Note that Silicon Labs, for one, have free Keil tools for their 8051-based microcontrollers...
No school did not give me that project . I am making this project for learing .did keil have any trial version?? If yes please give me the link Thanks
SO you should now have learned a very important lesson: that tool availability is an essential part of your microcontroller selection!

1 - Pay for it 2 - Look for a free alternative (maybe SDCC) 3 - Look at an 8x51 chip that Keil provide a free tool for 4 - Look at a totally different family of chip (maybe ARM) 5 - Use your head (consider research) 6 - Give up and admit you don't have the stamina to take the idea further
Perhaps you should concentrate on your course work?
Hopefully, by the end of that, you will have developed the skills to deal with this kind of question?
use a SiLabs 8051
LPCXpresso is much cheap that uv, but is restricted to LPC products:

Note the bottom of the page I've linked to: the free version is limited to 256[KB] - which seems to satisfy your needs - if you are willing to use LPC chips instead.
if not, as said, use SiLabs, it comes with a free full Keil
