ULINK device not found in windows 10

I got error that ulink device not found in windows 10. I am using Tiva TM4C123G LaunchPad

And does that have a "ULINK" debugger pod built on to it? Might explain why it can't find one, if it isn't one? Pick the correct debug interface.
