uVision 5.15 and DFU format problem

Hello,
i use a DFU File manager to generate a DFU file from a .hex , for flashing it via DfuSe Demonstration V3.0.4.
Everything works fine with the uVision 5.14 version, but with the file generated by uVision 5.15 the DFU File Manager is not able to generate the file and gets the error "Unable to create image from this file...".
