Timer 4 issues with PCA0

I've been having issues getting the Timer 4 to work with the PCA0. This was with the C8051F580 and I've tried setting it up with the registers set as specified with the configuration wizard. The timer 4 interrupt works when enabled but I'm not able to get the PCA0 interrupt working using the timer 4.
