Is uVision 5.24 Preview a stable release?

Hello,

I came across a 5.24 Preview version of uVision here - http://www2.keil.com/mdk5/524/

However, if I simply try to download the latest version, I can only see this page http://www.keil.com/download/product/ which shows 5.23 as the latest version at the moment.

I'm just wondering, is 5.24 an official release or is it a beta of some sort?
