flashFS gets corrupt

Hi,

I'm using REX5 and flashFS 6.9.4 on nor flash AT45DB041E (based on the AT45DB641E provided by Keil).

The file system is ok in FAT12 but suddenly without any reason gets corrupted after write data to file... and occurs quickly after write data with FTP Server installed. Anyone have any experience about this?
