Any specialists working in the Northern Virginia region?

My group is looking for someone who possesses the Keil PK51-LC development set and who is located near Reston, Virginia to help us do some quick coding work. We would need you to help compile C source into hex files.

We are willing to offer compensation for this work. You will need to be willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement to receive the source files.

We've expanded our search to the whole of USA and Europe, since our problem is now a software problem. Any resource is useful.
