Access violation???

Hi,
am gettign a "*** error 65: access violation at 0x4005200E : no 'write' permission" error for a blank MK20DX256VLH7 project (with just the startup_MK20D7.s, system_MK20D7.c and int main())while going into debug mode.

the simulated features seem not to be avaialble.

Simulated Features

NOTE Simulation for this device is provided by the default peripheral simulation driver.

Complete peripheral simulation is not available and is not planned to be implemented by ARM.

so, is this related to simulation unavailability for ALL pheripherals or is it something else?

any directions/ suggestions/ help would be really appreciated! I've used LPC1343 earlier and it was pretty straight forward and easy to use.
uvision 4, Evaluation mode, hobby use.
