please I'll appreciate your help

This isn't a Keil problem?
Does Windows see the USB device in Device Manager?
You've provided very little information about what version of the OS you have, what drivers specifically were installed?
Tried some different cables? Are the CN2 jumper present?
No I can't see the USB device in device manager.
I'm using keil mu vision V15.4,
I downloaded ST-LINK/V2 USB driver for Windows 7, www.st.com/.../PF258167
then I downloaded ST-LINK/V2-1 firmware upgrade www.st.com/.../PF260217
And ST-LINK/V2-1 USB driver on Windows Vista, 7 and 8 www.st.com/.../PF260218
and the st-link_v2_usbdriver and the CN2 jumper is on
If you can't see anything come/go in Device Manager, even with an (!), as you plug in or pull out, then the machine is not recognizing the attachment of a USB device at a hardware level.
Try some different cables. Try it on a different machine. If none of that works you may have a broken board.
Talk to your IT dept, of someone with some troubleshooting skills, or certificate that says they does.
The Nucleo resources are here developer.mbed.org/.../ST-Link-Driver developer.mbed.org/.../Nucleo-Firmware
Thank you , it was a bad USB cable :)
