I loaded the simple Blinky LPC1857 (Flash target) using both the Ulink2 and UlinkME,
but I keep getting the Cannot Access Memory message in the Ulink CortexM- Error diaglog box. and Falsh Download failed Target DLL has been cancelled.
the jumper setting is default for: Boot from external NOR flash (32bit) connected to CS0. L H L L.
There seems to be no other option for internal flash . Please advise!

What else does the error dialog and logging say?
Do you have the right Flash Algorithm selected in the Debug Option "Flash Download" pane?
