Hi:

I'm the beginner for ARM.

I use Keil MDK/V2M-MPS2/ULINK2 to build the sample code Blinky
(www.keil.com/.../)

But when I download code to flash memory after building
The building output shows
--- Error: failed to execute ' '

Does anyone have the same problem before?
