A good way would be "When I do x I expect y to happen but what really happens is z". While describing your problem like that, it's quite likely that you will figure out exactly what you have done wrong. Because a very large number of bugs are caused by invalid assumptions - and only when you question your assumptions will you have a chance to realize they are wrong.
Learn how to paste code into a forum (read the instructions), or pastebin, who's going to bother trying to decipher 20 screen shots of some code, with no indication of what is working, what is not, and what portion of it needs "debugging"
