JTAG COMMUNICATION ERROR

Hi,

I'm working on LPC2148 controller with keil_513 uvision IDE, and run through
the example code and the JTAG communication was good,and the code dumped,
then when again I tried to dump the code it continuously showing the error message
as below:
"Load "E:\\LPC2148\\KeilSampleProjects\\LCD\\Obj\\Lcd.axf"
Error: Flash Download failed - Target DLL has been cancelled
Flash Load finished"

I'm not able to resolve this, checked the target options and under debug tab I
clicked on settings and in that JTAG DEVICE CHAIN it's indicating as JTAG COMMUNICATION FAILURE,

Is there any path to be added? Or any other settings to be changed?
