Regarding the Hex file

Hi, I have a problem regarding the Hex file we generated in keil,we are using PROGISP to load Hex file and using Ultra 8051 AT89S52 kit.After loading the file the output generated is not generated according to the code.Can anyone please suggest the tools and files required regarding the Hex.
