To explain this:-
From the link, http://www.keil.com/pack/doc/CMSIS/RTOS/html/index.html, if we click on RTX on the tab header, it shows

404 - File or directory not found.
The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.
