the blinking cursor color always black
can keil let user set blinking cursor color in next version?

have you tried setting the cursor color via selecting:
Window = All Editors - Element = Caret Line.
The Foreground Color of this element should specify the color of your cursor. This setting affects all windows and cannot be specified individually.
