Your might want to try the "connect under reset" option. Alternatively strapping BOOT pin high.
You can also attempt to erase the part, either in Keil, or via the ST-LINK Utilities
if you mean "Connect Under Reset" as an option in ST-LINK Utilities, I can't connect my board to to that program right now either in "Normal" mode or "Connect Under Reset" mode or "Hot Plug" mode. Error shows for all of the modes is "Can not read memory! Disable read Out Protection and retry."
I also looked for disabling read out protection but don't understand anything. Help me please.
It should also be a connection option within the Keil debugger settings dialog. Bottom left corner.
Has this board every functioned, or had code downloaded to it? Does it work on any other computers, with different cables, or current drivers?
I checked the things you said and after a little search I solve the problem. Thanks for your help.
I also created a blog for others who wants to start from the beginning.

I will create another one for the FLASH DOWNLOAD ERROR as soon as possible and will post it here.
Hey guys
If you still have the flash download problem, I made a blog for that check it out. I believe it'll be helpful.
