hi i worked with Ulink2 and i have very problem in keil 5 series. i solved that problem :
first install keil 4.7 go to setup destination /Arm / BIN copy this 6 files : UL2ARM.dll UL2CM3.dll ulinkpro.bin ulinkprod.bin ULP2ARM.dll ULP2CM3.dll
then uninstall the keil 4.7 and install keil 5.x go to setup destination /Arm / BIN paste & replacement 6 file here go to keil 5 and select ulink2 (debug & utility tab) now you can enjoy with ULINK2
