Hi all...
I'm using a LPC1788 MCU and I'm about to add a TCP/IP stack to project. I'm planning to use the stack provided with the MDK-Pro edition.
I'm currently running FreeRTOS om my MCU.
Does any one have experience using the KEIL TCP stack with freeRTOS?
Can it be done? Any special things to be aware of? Any sample?
Thomas
Older versions of TCP stack can run without KEIL's RTOS ("legacy" versions, as KEIL calls it now). New versions (included in middleware packs 5.15 and higher) require KEIL RTOS.
Hi,
I see. Is it possible t get hold of these "older" versions? The TCP application is very simple and don't need at lot of features
Sure, take a look here:

Thanks,
Is there any sample project (for any MCU) using FreeRTOS and legacy TCP ?? I'm used to SW packs :-)
I do not know about that, but it should be pretty straighforward - you can run TCP/IP stack in a separate FreeRTOS task, I guess...
