Extracting program from DS2250T

I am trying to recover the program from a DS2250T processor and need some help getting things set up. The unit that I need to pull the program from has a 6 pin RJ-11 connector and I need help determining how to connect the serial cable from my computer to that. Also, how to I pull the program?

    Note, this is not DS-5 related. It's about a Dallas, now a Maxim, 8051 derivate.
