Would it be worth it to buy HDMI Splitter 2x8 from Chinese Online store?

I found a really good deal for HDMI Splitter 2 HDMI input signal switch and distribute to 8 HDMI sink devices ( http://goo.gl/4sH9Fo ). I have never bought something from these online stores, and was wondering if anyone else has and knows how trustworthy they are? Would it be worth it to buy from them, or spend more for hdmi splitter?

Hope everyone give some suggestion.

    I suggest you read through all documentation found on the Keil website. Read it all carefully. Then go to the ARM website and repeat the process there. You should finally check google for every bit of information it can give you.

    Once you have, and only when you have, come back and ask the same question.
