Keil Debugger is not working

I am using keil MDK473 in windows 10 platform.The H/W which I'm using is TIVA C Series TM4C1294 Connected LaunchPad.I'm able to compile and dump the code in to this H/W.Also the code is working properly in the H/W.But debugger is not working properly.Debugger will open then suddently it will close.But Debugger is working properly in windows 7 OS.I am using stellaris ICDI debugger.Please help me with this problem

    What is the result if you choose "JTAG" in ICDI options?

    A similar request, offering to connect to a USB3.0 port, I have found at:
    www.keil.com/.../

    Anyhow, you should also contact TI about this driver as we (Keil) have no such sources.
    Also - the behaviour might also depend on the chip revision you use.
