Startup difference between Ulink and coldboot on a STM32F7

Hello everyone,

I did a RTX application with a TCP server from the MDK-PRO network 7.0 middleware. My microprocessor is a STM32F7 and using RMII interface. During the development, I used my ULink Pro to load and run my application. I changed the required files and set it up to use a static ip address. Once everything was correctly functionnal, I tried it without the ULink Pro to make sure everything is fine in normal operation. Unfortunately, I cannot connect to my server anymore. In Wireshark, I saw that my device isn't responding to the ARP broadcast.

Anyone knows the difference between the way to start up my application and might cause the problem?

Thank you
