Flash Magic and MCBx51

I have a KEIL MCBx51 board with a P89C662 chip on it. I downloaded FlashMagic. I am trying to use it to FLASH a HEX file into the chip but I am unable to connect.
Do I need to set the board or the chip in a certain way for FlashMagic to connect.
I have tried changing the baudrate in FlashMagic with no luck
