Keil NXP LPC MCB4357 EVAL BOARD(Inductor on board gets warm)

Hello, I am new to using Keil Board and i encounter a Problem on the Board after a series of measurements while working on a Project. i found out that my keilBoard's screen went Blank and the Inductor <L1> on board gets warm and warm.(i used USB supply) After checking out the Board's plan i suspect maybe its one of the USB input Voltage control diode is cooked but i am not really sure. Please can anyone help me out?
( Board name: Keil NXP LPC MCB4357 EVAL BOARD with dual core M0 AND M4 PROCESSORS)

    Ok, and did any of these "measurements" result in you shorting anything out, placing the board on a conductive surface?

    If you think the board is defective, or broken, you should perhaps talk to the vendor who sold you the board about return/repair options?
