ARM KEIL uVision v5.11.2.0 support for XC164CM-8F40F using miniWiggler v3.0

Please can anyone advise with respect the issues involved with setting up ARM KEIL uVision v5.11.2.0 or an equivalent variant of the KEIL tool to work in conjunction with the XC164CM-8F40F using the miniWiggler v3.0.

Any insight related to any of the products above that occur as a result of any of them both individually and in combination would be gratefully appreciated.
