ADuC7026 Error:Unable to halt CPU core

I have been using ADuC7026 in Keil UVision 3 and tried also on Keil UVision 4.I'm unable to debug my code.I get the following errors during debugging. Is there any step which can be tried for removing the error and debugging my code succesfully?
