LCD screen

Hi, We have an application that will need a touch screen LCD, we have the latest Keil tool suite which supports QVGA but we would need something bigger 7 - 10 inch. Are there drivers available for this size of screen? Is this practical with an LPC43xx or should we look for another platform? Thanks
