Fault Reports Dialog

Hello,

I'm working with the µVision5 (V5.16.0.0) and I'm trying to debug a hard fault of an STM32F0. I wanted to use the Fault Reports Dialog but then I saw that it's missing.
I know it sould be in Peripherals->Core peripherals->Fault Reports.
But the Fault Reports is just not listend (only Nested Vector Interrupt Controller, System Controll and Configuration and System Tick Timer).
Do I have to install something to be able to use it?
