telnet server slow down performance

Hi All,

I'm developing with STM32F4 and keil RTX.
For debug pourpose i'm using the telnet server functions developed by keil.
I noticed that when a telnet session starts, the system performance slows down and the network interfaces (FTP server, HHTP server) are almost unusable.
Does anyone experienced something like this?
Does anyone have a solution?
